Personalised products are exempt from our standard returns policy. Wigan Athletic Football Club does not accept any responsibility for players leaving or changing their squad number. 

Personalisation is ordered at the customers risk. Once personalised, a shirt cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size. Please check our size guides for guidance on which size is needed. 

Statutory rights remain unaffected.

In the unlikely event that your printed shirt arrives creased, after the shirt has been folded for posting, please place a damp cloth over the printing and gently press with a warm (not hot) iron. Do not iron directly onto printing.

UK Orders - We exclusively work with DHL to ensure the best possible service for our customers.

DHL Express Delivery - £6.95
DHL (Next Day delivery on orders placed before 2pm weekdays. Applies to most UK postcodes). Weekends & Bank Holidays are not included in the above estimated delivery time.

International Orders - Orders dispatched via DHL. Please note, all international parcels may be subject to additional customs charges (country dependent) which must be paid by the recipient.

European £15.95 - allow 10 working days
Rest of World £24.95 - allow 14 working days

All refunds and exchanges must be processed within 28 days of purchase. All items must be in a resalable condition with tags and a valid proof of purchase.
