Prices published are for online products only and may differ from store.

Laticsstore.com reserves the right to change promotional offers and prices without any prior notice and to remove or amend available products at any time. We endeavour to ensure accurate and correct information is displayed for each product. Upon notification of any errors we will investigate and amend information. We are not obliged to supply any incorrectly priced products.

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling. Prices include the prevailing rate of VAT.

We endeavour to ensure that the website images closely reflect the true colour and designs of products, but we accept no liability for any variations to the actual product. Specifications may also vary.

Additional charges are calculated and added for delivery options and will be explicitly displayed on the order total and any order confirmation.

Prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT where it is applicable. If you reside in a location which is VAT free it will be your responsibility to claim back the VAT which you pay. If you require a VAT receipt please contact customer service and they will be able to provide you with one.

Promotional Offers

Offers and promotions on the Website are subject to availability and we may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice.

Nothing shall oblige DW Fitness First to maintain offers or promotions for any period.

Ordering & Payment

Order acknowledgement

Once we have received confirmation that your payment has been authorised, a screen will appear, thanking you for your order. You will be given an order reference and an e-mail will be sent to you to acknowledge your order. It will confirm the goods, price and any delivery charge. Print a copy of the order acknowledgement and e-mail and keep them for your records. Please note, our acceptance of your order (regardless of the content of any emails we send you) will only take place on dispatch of your order.

Why is my order cancelled?

Sometimes we have to cancel/refuse orders. This can be due to a number of reasons, including:

•We are unable to obtain authorised payment or the payment process is incomplete; or

•We identify a product or pricing error on the website; or

•You fail to meet any criteria for eligibility of purchase which we may impose from time to time; or

•We suspect that your order is related to fraudulent activity; or

•You fail to submit all necessary and relevant details to allow us to fulfil the order; or

• Stock availability. Your size ran out of stock before we could fully process your order. This can sometimes happen when two people place an online order for the same item at the same time.

You are not charged for cancelled products. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled, you will be refunded for the cancelled products.

DW Sports reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch. Any payment made on these orders will be refunded in full.

When will I be charged?

It depends on the type of products you ordered and your payment method.

Credit or debit card

If you used a credit or debit card to order you will be charged when the order leaves the warehouse. When you place the order we authorise the amount, then after the order leaves the warehouse we capture the amount.


If you have used PayPal, you will be charged as soon as you place the order.

Replica Shirts & Kit Personalisation

If you are unsure of the size you require please contact us at online@dwsports.com or call 0330 134 0160 before you place your order as all items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. If you believe the product has a fault please follow the returns procedure found at Returns and Refunds

Please allow an extra 2-3 working days as the printing of shirts adds extra time to the order process. Your order will be shipped for delivery the day after it is printed.

If you order for click and collect to a DW Sports store. Your shirt will be personalised in your chosen store upon collection of your parcel. This will allow you to make sure the size is correct for you as all items once personalised are non returnable. 

We are unable to suplly any special characters such as accents,  ç, ñ, ü,ä, ë, ß, ø, etc.

We accept no responsibility in the event that a player leaves the squad and/or their squad numbers changes. Player names and numbers are updated on the DW Sports website at the time of Premier League / Championship official confirmation. This also applies during the January transfer window.

Squad numbers used on pre-season tours are not necessarily the final squad list for the upcoming season.

International personalisation only applies for the duration of the major tournaments and is subject to change beforehand.

DW Sports reserves the right to refuse a personalisation request that we deem to be offensive and/or promotes negative political or religious connotations.

If your required personalisation numbers or letters are not available, we may delay or even cancel your order. If this happens we will contact you via the email address supplied at order confirmation

DW Sports reserves the right to use our knowledge and expertise in the positioning of the personalisation on the product.


Please be advised that ownership of the goods remains with Latics.com until you take possession of the items.

Please be advised that if you are not at the selected delivery location during the delivery window, then you give us permission to leave the goods in a safe place or with a neighbour. This will be interpreted as the parcel having being delivered to you. Unless you specifically say that you're not happy with that arrangement.

To inform us that you are not happy with your items being left in a safe place or with a neighbour please email at online@dwsports.com with your order number and detailed delivery instructions that we will be happy to pass on to our courier.

If any parcel arrives damaged or missing items please contact our customer service department who will be able to help in logging a claim against the courier on your behalf
